About Donna

We built Donna because we've been on the other side.

Before Donna, we worked across different industries, companies, and functions. Our team brings together professionals with backgrounds in HR, finance, operations, technology, management, and other areas of business.

Different careers led us to the same conclusion: as companies grow, managing them becomes unnecessarily complicated.

Important information gets scattered across spreadsheets, emails, chats, documents, and disconnected software. Different departments build their own processes and systems. Reporting becomes manual. People spend more time keeping the infrastructure together than using it to run the business.

We believed there had to be a better way.

In February 2022, that idea became Donna.

Our goal is simple: bring structure to business management through one standardized, modern infrastructure.

Not another tool for one department. Not another system that creates another silo.

Donna is being built as a single operating environment where people, clients, contracts, finances, documents, and business processes can work together — giving companies one place to operate and one source of truth.

And we believe this shouldn't be reserved for large corporations with enormous IT budgets. A growing company should be able to build on the same kind of structured infrastructure as an established enterprise — without spending years assembling it.

Today, Donna is built by an international team, with most of us based across Georgia, the Czech Republic, and Kazakhstan.

Different countries. Different professional backgrounds. One shared idea:

Business is complicated enough. Managing it shouldn't be.

Focus on your business. Donna takes care of the rest.

The team behind Donna

Vladislav Verin — Founder of Donna OS

Vladislav Verin

Founder, Donna OS

Vladislav started his career in IT recruitment and went on to become a Business Partner, working across fintech, e-commerce, and marketplace businesses.

Throughout his career, he has considered one ability his greatest strength: seeing the system behind the problem — breaking it down into its individual parts, understanding how they depend on each other, and finding the conflicts hidden in the way the system is built.

That way of thinking eventually became one of the principles behind Donna.

There is an old saying: give a person a fishing rod, and they will never go hungry. In theory, perhaps. In practice, it depends on the rod, the line, the hook — and whether all of them actually work together.

Businesses are no different.

Giving a company another tool rarely solves the underlying problem. HR can work perfectly while Finance operates in isolation. CRM can be excellent while contracts are still managed manually. Every individual part may work — while the system as a whole does not.

Donna was built around a different idea: don't just improve the parts. Make the whole system work.
